We will have the participation of three young persons from the regions of UCRES, La Libertad and Chalatenango. They will share what the state of exception has been like for them and the regions where they live since it was enforced in El Salvador on March 27.
The event will be facilitated by Zulma Tobar and there will be time for Q&A,
