USESSC plan to improve our financial situation in 2022.
To complete a systematic review of our fundraising strategies and develop a work plan in the following areas: major donors, sustainers, regular plan of asks to donor base, once a year mass fundraising activity, and strenghtening of our financial, administrative and legal systems so they are resilient.
New plan is published and promoted on our website and social media, highlighting the shift of focus of our organization and the concrete goals we are setting to encourage people’s active involvement.
We accompany CRIPDES fundraising for their woman’s program
USESSC uses part of the E.S. national support fund to help the initiatives of an organization in El Salvador working in the subject of migration.
USESSC has allocated funds from its operational budget to purchase an organization Zoom account- with the interpretation feature.
USESSC fundraises for an Emergency fund to support Human Right Defenders’ initiatives in El Salvador, as suggested by the U.S Policy WG.
Fundraising committee meets monthly to develop its own plan for fundraising campaigns.
In order to have a succession plan, USESSC has found someone to learn how to manage the account in the U.S.
